1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Dr. Priyanka Krishnan [PS Trainings] (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the website https://drpriyankakrishnan.in (the “Website”) and the coaching, training, course, event and planner services offered through it (the “Services”), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data.
We are the Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data described in this Policy. This means we determine why and how your personal data is processed, and we are accountable for it.
This Policy is issued in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, read with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
By using the Website, submitting a form, creating an account, purchasing a product, registering for an event or engaging us for coaching, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.
2. The personal data we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
Enquiry and contact forms. When you submit the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your stated goal or challenge, your intended start timeline, and how you heard about us.
Please note: the “primary goal or challenge” field is free text. If you choose to describe health, mental health, financial, employment or other personal circumstances in that field, you are voluntarily providing us with that information. We ask you to share only what is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry, and to raise anything more sensitive during a private conversation rather than in a web form.
Newsletter subscription. Your email address, and any name you provide.
Account registration. Your username, email address and a password (stored in hashed form — we cannot read your password).
Orders and purchases. Your billing name, billing address, email address, phone number, order contents, order history and download records for digital products such as the YES YOU CAN planners.
Payment information. Card, UPI, netbanking and wallet details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway, [PAYMENT GATEWAY NAME]. We do not receive, store or have access to your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We receive only a transaction reference, the payment status, the amount and, where the gateway provides it, a masked identifier.
Event and course registration. Your name, email address, phone number, ticket or enrolment details, attendance status and any information requested on the registration form.
Coaching engagements. If you become a coaching, training or programme client, we may hold session notes, goals, assessment responses, worksheets, progress records and correspondence generated during the engagement.
Direct correspondence. The content of emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and social media messages you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
The Website uses cookies. These fall into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies — set by WordPress and WooCommerce to keep you logged in, hold your shopping cart, and process checkout securely. The Website cannot function without these.
- Functional cookies — remember preferences such as your saved details or dismissed notices.
- Analytics cookies — [ANALYTICS TOOLS] help us understand how visitors use the Website in aggregate.
- Advertising and social cookies — [PIXELS, IF ANY] may be used to measure the performance of our campaigns.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and checkout from working.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect government identity numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, passport) through the Website. If a corporate training engagement requires such information for invoicing or campus access, it will be requested separately and handled under the terms of that contract, not through this Website.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 8). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide a service to you.
We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share an individual participant’s private coaching disclosures with their employer without that individual’s specific consent.
Our service providers are engaged under contracts that require them to process personal data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security.
5. Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, transfers are made in accordance with applicable Indian law, including any restrictions the Central Government may notify on transfers to specific countries or territories.
6. How long we keep your personal data

We maintain reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, password hashing, restricted administrative access, software and plugin updates, and backups.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your login.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how it is processed, and who it has been shared with
- Correction and completion — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us. You will still receive transactional messages relating to purchases, bookings and account matters.
9. Children’s data
Our Services are directed at adults. Some of our products and programmes — including student planners and campus sessions — are designed to benefit school and college students, but purchases, registrations and accounts must be made by a parent, guardian or the educational institution.
We do not knowingly process the personal data of a child under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. We do not carry out behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, write to connect@drpriyankakrishnan.in and we will delete it.
